Toggle the VPN off and on. If that doesn't help, pick a different region. If it still fails, restart the app. Persistent issues — email us.
AdBlock works at the DNS level. It can't block ads served from the same hostname as the main content (e.g. YouTube pre-rolls). For everything else — check that the master toggle is on and the domain isn't on your Allow List.
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → AgentPlux VPN → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
