AgentPlux VPN is built on one principle: we do not look at, store, or sell your browsing activity. Below is the narrow set of data we do collect, and why.
We do not log which websites you visit, what DNS queries you make through the tunnel, how long you spend on any particular site, or the payload of your traffic. Once a packet leaves our exit node, we have no way to associate it with a user.
A per-install anonymous device identifier (to tie your subscription to the device), your App Store transaction identifier (to verify purchases), bytes transferred through the tunnel (for quota — no per-destination breakdown), and diagnostic crash reports if you opt in. We never ask for your email, name, phone, or any other PII.
All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive the transaction identifier and subscription status via Apple's server-to-server API. We never see your card number.
You can delete the app at any time — that wipes the local keychain and the anonymous device ID. To delete our server-side copy of the device ID as well, email support@agentplux.com.
