AgentPlux VPN is a privacy tool for personal use. Do not use it for spam, DDoS, port scanning, credential stuffing, distribution of malware or CSAM, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction. We may terminate service without refund if we receive credible abuse reports traceable to your device ID.
Billing is handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are processed by Apple per the App Store refund policy — we cannot issue refunds directly.
AgentPlux VPN is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
